Welcome to K&G Gymnastics!
We are glad you found us! Here at our gym we have a passion for making a difference. It is our goal for every child in our program to leave here a better human being, having gained skills of self-confidence and perseverance through the training of gymnastics, and becoming better equipped to be successful in life. All of our classes are age based and you are welcome to register for any class at your child's age level.

Drop in adult class. Mondays 8-9pm. $5
Come join us for some fun and try out some skills on the gymnastics equipment. This is not a workout class but you will probably get a good workout. It is a fun supervised time to be a kid again. Ever want to just swing on the bars or walk across the beam. Try a flip on the trampolines or jumping into the pit. Here's your chance to try it out. Come play with us!
