Come explore and play in the gym with supervision from K & G staff. Enrollment in our program is not required to participate in Open Gym. However, everyone is required to have a signed waiver on file prior to participating in open gym activities.  Click below to download the waiver.

Open gym will take place in the West Gym (the pit side!).  Competitive level gymnasts will be allowed in the East Gym when coaching staff is available to supervise. Parents please arrive 5 minutes early to pick up your child at the end of open gym.

                                               Children 5 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
